Airport Security Guide for Las Vegas Harry Reid Airport
If you are traveling through Harry Reid International Airport, here are the hours of operation for each security checkpoint location:
A/B Checkpoint: 3:30 a.m. – 1 a.m. C Annex Checkpoint: 3:05 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. C/D Checkpoint: Open 24 hours Terminal 3 Checkpoint: 3:30 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. Innovation Checkpoint (Terminal 3): 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
For expedited security screening, consider enrolling in TSA PreCheck® or CLEAR. TSA PreCheck allows you to use dedicated security lanes and enjoy a quicker screening process without removing shoes, belts, laptops, or liquids. CLEAR uses biometric identification to confirm your identity, allowing you to bypass the regular ID check and proceed directly to the physical screening. Both services significantly reduce wait times and provide a more convenient airport experience.
Security checkpoints, including for TSA PreCheck®, can be found at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, while CLEAR is available in Terminal 1. D Gates can be accessed from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. The Innovation Checkpoint in Terminal 3, is a self-service screening lane that allows passengers traverse the security area with minimal face-to-face interaction.
