Security Control Line: At the security checkpoint, place all hand luggage and loose items on a tray for scanning.
Keys and Coins: Ensure your keys and coins are stored in your bag or coat pocket to avoid triggering unnecessary alarms. Avoid keeping them in trouser pockets or other clothing.
Clothing and Accessories: Remove your coat or jacket and any metal-containing items such as watches, belts, and large jewellery pieces. Be aware that shoe heels may contain metal, so consider removing your shoes for scanning if you prefer.

However, be aware of the new EU regulation effective from September 1, 2024, which limits liquids to 100-millilitre containers. Each passenger can carry up to two litres of liquids in hand luggage.
